A new up and coming guitar site I would like to recommend is http://www.guitarliteracy.com, they have,
free lessons (video and otherwise) , a online practice journal, forum, search-able public domain sheet music, a blog and a store. It’s a very new site so lots of content is still needing to be added. but check it out.

I would like to recommend guitarra.artelinkado.com and especially its huge forum.
It’s in Spanish but really great in my opinion.
