His playing has moved me as no other, for many years, and I'm not surprised at his generosity -- or by the generally late-Impressionist style of the paintings. Also, to judge from the photo accompanying the article, I don't doubt that hanging the paintings did improve the acoustics of the room! This was a lovely thing for Mr. Bream to do for the College.
