Guitarist MILOŠ and accordionist Ksenija Sidorova are scheduled to perform at Wigmore Hall, London, on Wednesday 7 October 2026 at 1 pm. The venue’s autumn programme lists a lunchtime recital that places a less familiar chamber partnership at its centre.

The announced repertoire includes Ponce’s Prelude from the Suite in A minor in the style of S. L. Weiss, the opening movement of Schubert’s Arpeggione Sonata and music by Vivaldi, Boccherini and Bach. Later selections include Malcolm Arnold’s Serenade, Piazzolla and Milhaud.

A chamber-music perspective

For guitarists interested in arranging and ensemble playing, this pairing raises attractive musical questions. How can a plucked instrument share a phrase with one that can sustain and swell a note? Listen for the handover of melody, the balance of accompaniment and the use of silence between gestures.

Date: Wednesday 7 October 2026
Time: 1 pm, London local time
Venue: Wigmore Hall, London
